Shipping Policy

Soulflower.in will deliver the products only within in India and will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside India.  

If Soulflower.in receives order from a place where there is any extra tax (i.e. VAT, Import Duty, Octroi, local area cess or tax) under such circumstances Soulflower.in will not be liable to pay tax and the same will have to be paid by the customer.  

Soulflower.in reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions maybe applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same card, and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer if such limits be applied. Soulflower.in also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to as it may deem fit. 

Soulflower ships its orders via reputed couriers and the tracking of the same is available on the courier partner website. Tracking link will also be available to you on the Soulflower.in (Website). In event of deliveries in city of Mumbai the company uses local delivery companies for expedited delivery.  

Soulflower delivery services are managed by third-party logistics partners. While we strive to ensure that all deliveries are completed on schedule and in excellent condition, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. 

Soulflower partners with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries. However, Soulflower is not liable for any delays, miscommunication, or misconduct caused by courier partner staff or delivery personnel, as these actions are beyond our direct control. 

Shipping charges are subject to change and will be calculated based on the delivery destination, package weight, and other factors. The exact charges will be displayed at checkout. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur additional COD charges, which are also clearly outlined and visible at checkout. 

For Part COD and Part Prepaid orders, a minimum fixed non-refundable charge applies. This charge is displayed at checkout. 

Soulflower ensures that all goods are packaged securely in corrugated paper boxes designed to provide optimal protection. 

For all delivered products, it is mandatory to record a clear 360-degree of the box and an unboxing video starting from the sealed package to ensure the condition of the contents inside. If you encounter any issues or need to request a refund, please share this unboxing video with us. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents within. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person on your behalf or OTP shared by you before the delivery to the courier person. 

We are not responsible for damage after delivery while opening the package by the customer. 

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Soulflower customer service on the day of delivery on the contact details given below.  

You may receive your order in Multiple shipments depending on the products ordered. 

For any shipping tracking post ordering one can track the same from your account on Soulflower.in or the message received on your WhatsApp number provided at the time of order or by providing order details. 

Tracking generally takes 24 hours to be updated after handing over the shipment to courier partner.
